2018 Excellence Awards

The annual Franklin Regional School District’s Excellence Awards are an opportunity for the district to publically recognize individuals or groups whose efforts embody excellence and have made a difference for a child or group of children in the district. The nomination period is December 4, 2017, to December 22, 2017.

Do you know of someone in the Franklin Regional School District who is a student, staff, administrator, parent, volunteer, member of the community, or a group that has gone above and beyond in their efforts for FR children?  Perhaps you know someone special to nominate? Maybe a person whose quiet kindness touched a child or a group whose work helped our students to achieve excellence.

We are fortunate to be surrounded by generous, creative, and dedicated people who make important contributions to the educational community.  The Franklin Regional School District’s Excellence Award is a way to publicly recognize these contributions and honor the work that others have done.  Please consider submitting one or two nominations for this award to the Excellence Award Committee.

To nominate an individual or a group, please complete the Excellence Award Nomination Form, explain why this person or group should be considered for an Excellence Award, and sign the nomination form.  The nomination must be supported by another individual who is also required to sign the form.

Nominations should be returned to Excellence Award, Franklin Regional School District, Administrative Offices, 3210 School Road, Murrysville, PA 15668 no later than December 22, 2017 at 4:00 pm.  The selection committee will meet in January to review all nominations and select recipients for the 2017-2018 school year.

Award recipients will be notified in January and will be honored at an Awards’ dinner on February 22, 2018.
